The Challenge

A multi-location wellness business sells two things online: appointments and gift certificates. Both have to work flawlessly on a phone, and the gift store in particular gets slammed around holidays.

The gift page had grown into a long, mixed list of time-based, dollar-amount, and digital certificates that confused buyers. The site had also slowed down, page-speed testing tools were failing to render it, and crawler traffic needed to be steered so search engines and AI assistants could index the right pages without bots hammering the checkout.

The /gift/ page rebuilt around three clear tiles — Time-Based, Dollar-Amount, and Digital certificates — each leading to a clean category view, with digital certificates linking straight to the MindBody store and rules and videos kept below.

MindBody Booking Integration

Online scheduling and digital gift certificates connected to the practice's MindBody account so bookings and memberships flow into the system staff already use.

Speed & Performance Optimization

WP Rocket caching and delivery tuned for maximum load speed without breaking booking or checkout, plus diagnosis of failed PageSpeed and Lighthouse renders.

Crawl Control & AI-Search Readiness

A purpose-built robots.txt that keeps bots out of cart, checkout, and filter URLs while giving Google and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) full access to service and location pages, with the sitemap declared.

Multi-Location Local Search
