Is a website really built in 24 hours, or is it a template?
It is built in 24 hours and it is not a template. Every 24-Hour Website is hand-written HTML with copy drafted from your kickoff call. The reason it is possible is that there is no content management system to install, no theme to configure and no plugins to fight — we write the pages, connect the forms and tracking, test on real phones and publish.
When does the 24-hour clock start?
When your 30-minute kickoff call ends and we have your logo, photos and domain or DNS access. If any of those arrive later, the clock starts when the last one arrives. Kickoffs are scheduled Monday through Thursday so the 24 hours always fall on business days.
What happens if you miss the 24 hours?
Your first three months of hosting & care ($150 a month) are free. The site still gets finished; you simply do not pay for care until month four.
What does the $997 include, and what does the $150 a month cover?

Can I edit the site myself?
There is no page builder, and that is on purpose: nothing to log into means nothing to hack and nothing to break. Send us the change and it is made under your care plan — one a month is included, more are quoted flat. If your team needs to edit pages every week, you want the WordPress track instead.
What is not included in the 24-Hour Website?

Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the files are yours, and every account — hosting, Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile — is created under your ownership with us as a manager. Leave any time with 30 days' notice and take everything.
Do you build 24-hour websites outside Upstate New York?
Yes. The build is remote by nature, so clients in Vermont, the Catskills and anywhere in the United States get the same 24-hour standard. Local clients across the Capital Region, Glens Falls, Saratoga and the Adirondacks can also have an in-person kickoff.
