What the report checks
Seven checks, in the order a customer meets them. AI assistants: nine real questions asked live to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini — "best plumber in Queensbury", "who should I call for a heat pump in Rutland" — scored on whether you are named and who is named instead. Google Business Profile: completeness, categories, hours, photos and posts. Maps rank: where you appear for your main service in your town. How accurate is the AI check?
It asks the assistants live, at the moment you run it, with real customer phrasing, and reads the answers for your business name. AI answers vary, which is why nine questions are asked across three assistants and why the report shows you every answer instead of just a number.

I have a great Google rating. Why does ChatGPT not name me?
